If you have been given a quote which requires payment, once payment is made between 1 to 24 hours, your project status will change. You will be advised the project has been assigned for transcription or is ready to be assigned to an ACT or transcriptionist qualified to complete your project.
You will receive a status change email in a time frame dependent on your requested due date. This time may vary if payment is made on weekends or holidays.
