COURT OF APPEAL TRANSCRIPTS


Clients that wish to have a proceeding that took place at the Court of Appeal for Ontario transcribed, he or she will need to bring a motion before a single judge to have the recording transcribed as he needs a judge’s order before any recordings from the Court of Appeal for Ontario can be transcribed.
 
You may refer to Rule 37 of the Rules of Civil Procedure for the procedure on single judge motions.
