Jenn has been a contractor with VideoPlus Transcription since 2012. She is a Mohawk College alumni with a diploma in Office Administration-Medical and has a certificate in general office administration. She has prepared hundreds of audio video transcripts and court transcripts. Jenn successfully completed the Court Transcriptionist course and has been an Authorized Court Transcriptionist since 2018.
