Nicole started contracting with VideoPlus full time in 2017 as an audio video typist, producing hundreds of transcripts. In 2019, she successfully completed the course to become an Authorized Court Transcriptionist.
She has worked on many different types of cases including bail hearings, criminal, family and civil matters. Previously, she studied English, French, Spanish and Latin while attending York University.
