Linda has been an Authorized Court Transcriptionist with VideoPlus since 2017. She started as an Audio/Video typist and obtained her ACT license in 2017. Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto and was a former member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Over her 15 plus years as a Law Clerk in the Niagara Region, Linda assisted many lawyers in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, corporate and commercial, and labour and employment law. As a former Law Clerk, Linda understands how valuable time is, and prides herself on getting her transcripts done with a high degree of accuracy and on time. Linda has prepared various court transcripts from all levels of court including civil, criminal, family, jury trials and appeals.
