Tammy is a licensed Paralegal, and a Law Clerk with 10+ years of transcription experience. She began her career in 2011 as a Records Data Clerk for a police department. She went to work in different areas of the municipal and provincial government where her primary role was to provide court and legal administrative support to internal and external stakeholders (i.e. the judiciary, lawyers, law enforcement and the general public). She is well-versed in court preparation (i.e. drafting correspondence and preparing court materials) and court proceedings. She has experience with different by-laws and areas of laws, but she is particularly knowledgeable in criminal and employment law. She also has experience working for large law firms with multiple practice areas, and supporting multiple lawyers with their day-to-day functions.
When Tammy isn't working, she enjoys volunteering, event planning, travelling, reading and writing novels, and all things creative.
