I only started contracting with Videoplus Transcription and Reporting Services in January of 2023. I have been in the customer service business most of my life. I am a military spouse and worked on military bases as we moved. I enjoyed that experience very much. We are now semi- retired. This is a perfect fit for me now. I am enjoying the learning curve of the transcription world. I find the people very helpful and kind. With each ticket I do I learn more. I am very interested in the world of law. So I now have a chance to do something I have always wanted to try. I enjoy the freedom of working from home. I can also take the opportunity in my spare time to walk our two dogs. Enjoying this very much.
